Popbox is an app for everyone who loves pop culture and wants to share that love with the world. All interests are welcome here, whether you’re into movies, TV, comics, toys, music or... anything else. We’re a community that shares common interests. We want the latest news about the franchises we love. We buy Merchandise. We game. We go to conventions. We create fantastic cosplay. We obsess over the details. We want to talk to like-minded people. Popbox is the gateway to share and experience all of it together.

Popbox combines features you won’t find together anywhere else. You can organize your interests, follow trusted content sources, discover events, and join real conversations, all in one app built entirely around pop culture. You’re less likely to see photos of someone’s lunch, unless that lunch consists of Scooby Snacks and Krabbie Patties. We’re also dedicated to keeping discussions focused on pop culture. So no screaming about the government, unless it’s about the downfall of the Galactic Republic.

Maybe you just bought a vintage New Kids on the Block lunch box (no judgement) and want to show it off. You can post your photos for everyone to see. Or you have strong opinions about your favorite Final Fantasy characters and want to share your top ten picks. Create a list and share it as a post. Popbox lets you organize your pop culture world like the ultra-obsessed, extremely knowledgeable genius you are. Start by selecting your interests, from TV shows, movies, games, anime... whatever you're into. Then link those interests to trusted outside sources like news sites, YouTube channels, or review platforms. Want updates on Severance from Variety, Rotten Tomatoes, and that one YouTuber who analyzes every frame? Done. You’ll get a stream of content tied to that interest, all in one place. No chaos. No nonsense. Just your own personalized pop culture command center.

Right now, Popbox is available on iOS, with an Android version coming in the future. We're not anticipating building a web version, because it’s easier to take photos, videos, and share on mobile than it is on a computer. But let us know what you think.
